Please review the information below:

1. No exterior for sale signs – must be inside window or door.

2. Open House signs permitted two (2) days before open house and removed immediately after open house.

3. When sale is completed, buyer’s realtor should advise their client to register with the condo management company.

4. Any issues due to inspections that fall under “Association Responsibilities” must be presented to Board President before any action can be taken.
