Owner's Responsibilities

Items which the individual Unit Owners are responsible to maintain and / or repair:

  • Windows and skylights including glass, caulking around frame, glazing around glass and all other exterior and interior portions, components and services.
  • Screens, storm doors, unit doors, including door frames, door jambs and/or any sashes or other related hardware. Garage doors, except for exterior painting.
  • Utility lines located solely within a unit and only serving that unit.
  • Garage interior.
  • Decks and patios.
  • Snow removal from decks and patios.
  • Interior walls, including wallboard, plasterboard, lath and furring totally within and confined to the unit, excluding peripheral walls.
  • Exterior light fixtures.
